Watching the crepes recipe: Erythritol is very, very bad for the gut and responsible for messing up my tummy -- bad stuff. I offer an alternative that is much better, for your consideration. Monk Fruit (not the kind you buy in the grocery store as it has bad stuff added), Monk fruit is really sweet like sugar and you can bet a big bag of pure Monk Fruit from "Bulk Supplements" -- it is a life saver and won't screw up your tum tum!

I make these all the time now just a small tweak by adding some garlic which may not be for everyone. I eat keto but heavy leaning towards carnivore! These are amazing😮!!!!

I've made this recipe before, it looks incredible, but I would recommend mixing chix w some sausage meat. Even w the nice cheese sauce I was not satiated a short while after eating.
